QC (Quality Control) Program

 B.E. quality control program ensures the quality of service we are providing.  The quality control process is a continually monitored process for BE. We have an QC technician who is responsible for identifying problems and issues through the beginning to the end of the project.  During the project the QC Tech access issues that may impede the progress of the project that might endure significant cost.

Brown Enterprises (BE) (G118345) is a residential and commercial construction firm that was established in 2006, and is currently operating out of Effingham, SC. The company is a certified    minority and woman owned business through the SC Division of Small and Minority Business Contracting and Certification (02201262). We focus on developing and maintaining long term          relationships with our clients to ensure we meet the needs and desires of our clients. Our company’s mission is to provide high quality and timely construction, technical, and management    services that comply with all safety and regulatory protocols. BE has worked with individuals, municipalities, and commercial clients over the years and has been successful due to the BE team    and its dependable subcontractors.

BE approach to this project is to transform the selected neighborhoods in the Revitalization project to be focal points for the community. We believe that the homes will enhance the neighborhood and proliferate the value to the community, which in turn will increase the chances of new ventures entering that market. We feel that the development brought by this project will encourage the neighboring homes to modernize their homes. Our company is dedicated to the development of the community and those who reside in the area. We feel that it is important to be respectful and responsive to those in the community and we will work diligently to engage as much as possible.  We know that development will provide visible upgrades that will assist in reducing the vagrancy and destitute behavior. The construction manager will develop an approach that will encompass the key input from the Neighborhood Action Plan. A timeline will be created and our company will work very closely with the City and partners to ensure the project is successful.
